It is located in the historic Old Quarter in the heart of Hanoi, near to the Hoan Kiem lake, other historic sites, cultural facilities, banks, post office, restaurant and airline offices. We like to think our Guest house is friendly and has a family atmosphere. It is quiet, comfortable and very clean. We have just finished rebuilding our Guest house with an ELEVATOR and with modern equipment. All rooms are spacious, with a large window (some of them have balconies)new fixtures (all beds with spring mattres), bath tub and hot shower en suite,fan,fridge,and Cable TV with many popular channels (CNN,MTV, ESPN, TV5, DW, Russian TV, Chinese TV...). The price of the rooms ranges from USD 8 to USD 24 per night. Please note that similar standard rooms provided by our competitors cost about 25 - 45 USD per night. Manh Dung Guest house has been recommended in the new editions of “Reise Know How”(in Germany); “Let’s go to South East Asia”; “Lonely Planet” and other guide books. We can also arrange a car to collect guests from the airport at local rates, on notification of the flight number (The price for the car, including taxes, is USD 15 from the airport to our guesthouse - about 45 km ...) It is recommended you arrange a pick-up, as it is easy to be cheated by taxi drivers at the airport.
